Why Choose Our Jaipur Tour Packages?

Jaipur, the Pink City, was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, and its walled city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You get hilltop forts, royal palaces, an 18th-century observatory and some of India's best bazaars, all within a short drive of each other.

The tricky part is the order: which sites to see first, how long to spend at each and how to beat the traffic and the heat. That's what we plan for you, around your dates, interests and the time you have.

What we plan for you

  • Jaipur local tour packages covering the main sights
  • Jaipur day tours for travellers short on time
  • Two- and three-day Jaipur trips at an easy pace
  • A private AC car and driver for your whole route
  • Hotels to match your budget, from heritage havelis to simple stays
  • Longer Rajasthan trips with Ranthambore or Pushkar

Must-see sights

Best Places to Visit in Jaipur

Every Jaipur sightseeing package we plan covers some or all of these, depending on your days and interests.

01

Amber Fort

Amber (Amer) Fort sits on a hill about 11 km from the city, above Maota Lake. Built from 1592 under Raja Man Singh I, it is part of the Hill Forts of Rajasthan UNESCO site. Don't miss the Sheesh Mahal, a hall covered in tiny mirrors, and the Ganesh Pol gateway.

Plan two to three hours here and go early, before the crowds and the heat. We schedule it first thing in the morning.

02

Hawa Mahal

The "Palace of Winds" was built in 1799 so royal women could watch street life without being seen. Its pink sandstone front has 953 small windows. The best view is from the rooftop cafés across the road, in the morning light. You can also go inside to climb to the upper floors.

03

City Palace

The royal palace in the heart of the old city, begun by Sawai Jai Singh II. The former royal family still lives in part of it. Walk through the courtyards, the colourful Peacock Gate and the museum of royal costumes, weapons and two giant silver urns. Allow about 1.5 to 2 hours.

04

Jantar Mantar

A UNESCO-listed observatory right next to City Palace, built by Sawai Jai Singh II in the 1720s and 1730s. Its giant stone instruments still tell the time, and the Samrat Yantra is the world's largest stone sundial. A local guide makes this stop much more interesting.

05

Jal Mahal

The "Water Palace" sits in the middle of Man Sagar Lake on the road to Amber. Visitors can't go inside, so it's a quick photo stop from the lakeside promenade. Sunrise and sunset give the best light.

06

Nahargarh Fort

Built in 1734 on the Aravalli ridge, Nahargarh has the best views over Jaipur, especially at sunset. Inside, Madhavendra Bhawan has a set of matching suites for the queens. The road up is steep and winding, so we plan it as the last stop of the day.

07

Jaipur's Local Bazaars

Johari Bazaar is the place for jewellery and gemstones. Bapu Bazaar is good for block-print textiles and mojari shoes, and Tripolia Bazaar for lac bangles and brassware. Jaipur blue pottery makes a good gift too. Tell us if shopping matters to you and we'll keep time for it.

Ticket tip

A composite ticket covers several monuments, including Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Nahargarh and Albert Hall. City Palace has its own ticket. We confirm the current tickets and timings for your dates.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Jaipur Tour Packages

More questions? Call or WhatsApp +91 77373 10027.

Which Jaipur tour package is best for first-time visitors?

The two-day Jaipur tour package works best for most first-time visitors. You see Amber Fort, Jal Mahal and Nahargarh on day one, and City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and the bazaars on day two, without rushing. If you only have one day, our one-day city tour covers the top highlights.

How many days are required to visit Jaipur?

Two days is ideal for most travellers. One full day covers the big highlights, two days cover the main forts, palaces and markets at a comfortable pace, and three days add shopping, craft visits and rest.

Can I explore Jaipur in one day?

Yes. Start early at Amber Fort, stop at Jal Mahal, then see City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal, and end in a bazaar. You won't see everything in detail, so we keep the plan tight and skip long gaps.

What are the main places to visit in Jaipur?

Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal and Nahargarh Fort are the main sights. Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar are the best places for shopping. Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar and the walled city are all UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Do Jaipur tour packages include a private car and driver?

Yes. Our Jaipur packages come with a private AC car and driver for your sightseeing, plus pickup and drop at the airport, railway station or hotel. Your quote shows the car type, hours, tolls and parking.

What is included in a Jaipur tour package?

Usually a private car and driver, hotel stay, airport or station transfers and a day-by-day sightseeing plan. Monument tickets, a local guide and meals can be added. Everything included and excluded is listed in your written quote.

How much does a Jaipur tour package cost?

It depends on the number of travellers, days, car type, hotel category, season and any extra places like Ranthambore or Pushkar. Send us your dates and group size on WhatsApp and we'll share an exact quote.

Can I book a Jaipur tour package with a hotel?

Yes. We book hotels from heritage havelis to simple, comfortable stays, close to the sights you want. Share your dates, rooms and budget and we'll suggest options.

Can I combine Jaipur with Ranthambore?

Yes, and it's one of our most booked trips. Ranthambore is about 180 km from Jaipur, around 3.5 to 4 hours by road. Add one or two nights and we book your safari permit, hotel and car. Tiger sightings are not guaranteed.

Can I add Pushkar to my Jaipur itinerary?

Yes. Pushkar is about 145 km from Jaipur, around 3 hours by road. It fits well in a trip of four days or more, often together with Ajmer.

How can I book Jaipur tour packages online?

WhatsApp Safari Tour India on +91 77373 10027 or email info@safaritourindia.com with your dates, group size and what you need. We send a plan and quote, and confirm the bookings once you approve.

Is a Jaipur sightseeing tour suitable for families?

Yes. Jaipur works well for families with children and older parents. We plan fewer stops, regular breaks and less walking, and avoid the hottest hours in summer.
