• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance and send a confirmation on WhatsApp or email.
• Quotes depend on your dates, group size, hotels and car. A change in these changes the price.

Payments

• Pay the advance to confirm, and the balance before the trip starts.
• Safari permit fees are paid in full at booking.
• Pay by UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) on +91 77373 10027 or by bank transfer to SAFARITOURINDIA, SBI. Full details are on our Contact Us page.

Safari Permits and Park Rules

• Safaris are booked through the Rajasthan Forest Department, and their rules, fees and timings apply.
• Zones are allotted by the Forest Department.
• Carry the same original ID used for booking. Entry can be refused if it does not match.
• Stay in the vehicle and follow the guide’s instructions.

Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife moves freely. We do not promise a sighting of any animal, and no refund is given for a safari without one.

Changes

Tell us about changes early. Safari permit names and dates cannot be changed once issued. We change the plan if weather, park or road closures make it unsafe, and offer the closest option.

Our Responsibility

We book hotels, cars and safaris from third parties. We are not responsible for delays, loss or injury caused by them, by weather, or by events outside our control. Travel insurance is a good idea.

Refunds and Law

Cancellations follow our Refund Policy. These terms follow Indian law, and the courts of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, hear any dispute.
